I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities but were let down by the presence of mouldy curtains. On a positive note, having a sofa bed for my child was convenient. The service varied from a dedicated staff member trying to cope with the workload to a somewhat indifferent attitude from a foot-staff member. The location was great, right in the heart of Bristol, making it easily accessible for exploring the city. Dining options were decent, but the absence of plant-based milk was a bit disappointing. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel offered good value for money overall.
